Officine Mistreloo has further improbe two of its loading/unloading machines with suction cups and movement on rails. The GL6000 loader/unloader is used to lift PLF glass sheets of 6.000 x 3.210 mm maximum while the ML 3210 is used for DLF glass sheet of 3.600 x 2.600 mm.

Mistrello’s loader/unloader have the possibility to lift glass thicknesses of from 3 to 19 mm, as well as low-E glass.

The loaders/unloaders can be interfaced with automatic classifier, but can also be used to unload glass form traditional stocking system with fixed racks.

The GL 6000 and ML 3210 loaders/unloaders are floor systems that can be adapted to many different kind of glasswork and also be integrated in the cutting lines of medium and large-sized companies.

The machines pick up the glass sheet from the classifiers and transfer them to the cutting table completely automatically. The can supply one or more cutting tables with shorter than standard pick up and lay down times, while ensuring the utmost operator safety.
